Punctuality is the characteristic of being able to complete a required task or fulfill an obligation before or at a previously designated time.

“Punctual” is often used synonymously with “on time”.

In our daily life, we have a lot more works to do in one day being punctual refers to do the right task at right time but the question is what we are doing to complete our work, way of doing wok and the most important is how much the completion of work important to us because less we often ignore less important work but we always give importance to the more important work for this we need to give our best whole day for completing our work, we can also set hour time like in 1 hour this work should be done by this in that 1 hour we apply our whole efforts for the particular work.

Nowadays, we have many time limits in every type of field. We are very much concerned about these limitations because it directly or indirectly affects our performance.
In one way it is good as according to the given time we complete our entire work but in another way, it is the cause of precocity. Punctuality refers to being on time and fulfilling your commitments. In every type of task, we need to be punctual. For example: in day to day activities of the organization, the production department should produce according to the needs of the customer on time because if it is not capable of doing it then many rival firms are there and the customer can access that firm if he/she cannot get its product on time. So time is given to each worker and department of the organization to complete the definite task in a certain period if it lapses then it cannot meet the task. This is a matter of organization.

Now we talk about punctuality in our routine life. We all have almost the same routine as a wake-up and get ready and go to a job or something else. These are basic daily routine criteria that almost everyone follows. But if we make this routine job more fruitful then life becomes amazing. Now the question arises how we can do it? The solution is also here · to live a healthy life we must take 6 hours of sleep or it can vary from 6–8. · Get up early in the morning · Do some yoga kriyas, burn calories by doing exercise · After this get ready for the job or daily routine job whatever you are doing. By this, our morning becomes a happy morning and we are performing it daily so definitely we become habitual of it and to become habitual is a good sign to become punctual because punctuality comes from habitually so be habitual, be punctual and always be on time for greater success.

Punctuality cycle:
Schedule: A plan of things that will happen or of work that must be done.
Respect: The feeling that you have when you admire or have a high opinion of something.
Strictness: The quality or condition of being strict.
On-time: Not too late or too early; punctual.
Anticipate: to expect something to happen (and prepare for it).
Punctuality: Doing something or happening at the right time; not late.
